Review mobile game ad creatives across multiple platforms, identify policy violations, and ensure all ads meet our clients' quality standards. You will be the front line of our enforcement infrastructure.

  • Review and categorize ad creatives across 6+ violation categories daily
  • Monitor live ad feeds on iOS/Android test devices across multiple geos
  • Document and escalate policy violations with evidence (screenshots, timestamps)
  • Maintain accuracy rates above 95% on violation classification
  • Contribute to weekly enforcement reports and trend analysis
  • Passion for gaming — you play and understand mobile gaming culture
  • Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
  • Familiarity with major mobile ad networks (Google, Unity, AppLovin, Meta)
  • English proficiency (additional languages a strong plus)

  • Present SNAP's AD OPS and governance services at the C-suite and VP Ad Ops level
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects
  • Negotiate and close service agreements aligned with tier structure
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in adtech or mobile gaming

Lead the analytical layer of our AD OPS workflow. You will design and deliver governance reports, build trend analysis dashboards, and translate enforcement data into strategic recommendations for publisher clients.

  • Produce weekly and monthly governance performance reports for publisher clients
  • Analyze violation patterns across networks, geos, and ad categories
  • Build and maintain dashboard systems tracking 7 core governance KPIs
  • Identify trends in problematic ad categories and provide early warning signals
  • Present data-driven recommendations to clients at quarterly business reviews
  • 3+ years in data analysis, ad operations, or business intelligence
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; SQL or Python a strong plus
